The dock survey is dependent upon site =election to be determined by others. Mr. Epstein has a general idea of
=he location for the dock but a Marine Scientist (such as Amy Dempsey =ith Bioimpact) should be retained to determine
a location free of =oral.
Perhaps =or now we focus on the road plan and determine who will make the site =election for the dock. Your
thoughts?
